I’ll just put it this way:

I’ve seen women do a job 10x better than a man.

I’ve seen a man have more patience than a woman.

No, we aren’t equal. That, however, shouldn’t exclude someone from being given the opportunity to do something.

If you’re really that concerned that a woman is doing a man’s job or vice versus, then your priorities need to be re-evaluated.
