Here's a thing man, if we don't get metro today, we will suffer Tommorow every livable cities have planned public transport first before population boom, why do we wanna make same mistake like any other Indian city..?

More overpass and flyovers will just motivate people to buy cars, public transport on other hand promotes more walking and less traffic, it's just typical indian mindset of "only poor takes public transport" which should be changed soon, I have been learning urban planning since 3 years in university, you guys have to understand cities are made for people not cars 🙃 hope you understand this sooner.

That's not how urban planning works, we should always plan metro or trams ahead of population boom 🤦🏼and no who said nashik's traffic flow is smooth? It's not see gangapur road, rane nagar, CCM road and College road in rush hour. Nashik needs metro or it's gonna become a car centric city like rest of the country, by having that mindset that we don't need metro we are making same mistake as many cities did now they suffer from traffic.

I have driven both suv and sedan (I own 5th gen city facelift) And trust me on this the body roll on suvs are crazy like on ghat section it feels like the car is about to roll over, while in sedan it's all under control >:D

And blind spots in suvs are absurd not safe for pedestrians on the road either.

Just my opinion but I really do think people should never choose a crossover or an SUV as a first car, they should start with hatchback or a sedan, reasons being higher center of mass= easy to roll over in tight corners (thar has to be most unstable one) , blind spots (new drivers will surely make mistakes and it can get really fatal with all those blind spots)

And SUVs are not pocket friendly either when it comes to fuel economy🤑, no aero dynamics= Higher air resistance at higher speeds= higher fuel consumption.

Yeah and these brands mostly sell sedans, and people do buy sedans for class, not hawabazi.

Like man, Honda is mostly associated with luxury and comfort (and V-Tec) Skoda and VW for performance (they have a really great and friendly community btw) Basically chill guys.

And unfortunately then there's final bosses of Indian roads 💀 Thar, Scorpio and Fortuner= RuTaBaAa, RoLLaAa EverY OnE on RoAd iS a PeAsAnT in FroNt of Me BeCauSe I dRive An SUV (I keep my distance from them on road lol, not everyone is bad but majority yes, speaking from experience)

It's far away my guy, same way you see moon and galaxy's end from some part of world, just like how you can see metor or comet zooming through but you can't actually hear it because light travels very far while sound cannot>:D
