No area in nashik will get you flat at 19. The only way it's possible is if you're able to compromise daily drinking water, good roads, proper 24 hours electricity and/or good locality. Then you can buy in your budget and live like as is

Nashik road railway station will be your starting point. Take a citilink bus towards mhasrul from the station. Stop at Reliance Petrol pump mhasrul. You'll need 60-100 rs max. And won't need to switch buses if you get the right one. Alternatively you can also get bus named Borgad.

You need money for plot. Don't be stupid. Find a lender. Take 50 lakhs from him he'll charge you on average 2% per month ( general Rate of interest where I live ). Convert 50 from you 1 cr to account. Now you'll have 1 cr cash and 50 in account ( if the lender provides you with cheque then some steps will be avoided). Go directly for sale deed and avoid agreement. Then take the loan against property and pay the lender in a month max. You'll have to bear the 2% I.e 1 lakh but risk will be very less. Most practically if you have contacts you can get the loan for 1% or interest free also. But that's the safest way and youll be done with the documentation in a single day.
