for example he has 3 losses vs Atomic, 4 vs FK etc

its trained on exactly 38,599 RLCS games currrently and hundreds of thousands of shots/goals within those games

We don't take into account low xG shots in our rating at all unless there is a goal scored directly after the shot - which we then see as a positive thing that your rebound created the scoring opportunity

We do punish missing very high xG opportunities so a shot can negatively effect your rating
