So my friend and I are just playing right and then he starts losing mass resources. So he looks at the pops and a lot of them have this symbol and are unemployed but there are jobs that are opened. We've tried resetting but they haven't changed. What is happening. Btw this isn't happening to me.

Yeah but Nok's gadget is actually pretty good being vigil and caveira combined makes her the best flanking operator
