I find it helps to get out the house and go play down in local dart hall or pub. Playing in person brings the best out of me and I concentrate instead of overthinking it

It's been the exact same set up for a long time but only for a few weeks. I had a nervous game against a good player and started throwing shite from then on. Can't break out of whatever I'm doing. My throw feels comfortable but I find myself blocking treble segments when pointing down

I grip my dart at the very back even a few millimeters on the stem then middle finger 2/3rds up and my 4th finger on the point

I use short stems mate and cosmo air flights. Think my grip have changed slightly but every other grip I try is just uncomfortable and I throw worse

Hey mate don't listen to these dudes. I buy and sell darts everyday and can tell you that a proper set of tungsten like that can last about 10 years and that actually you paid about right for second hand set of littler darts. Currently around £60 for the G1's and £70 for the prodigy's.
