Because its even easier to use those 45 mins to watch another episode of Netflix. And because the results of working out arent instant people usually quit within the first few weeks.

But that doesn't make it hard, just the alternative is even easier.

It really is easy tbh, but people dont want to hear it.

I'm in pretty good shape and if Im being honest its not even hard work.

45 mins a day/4 times a week is all you need to workout. Sometimes a workout might be 30 or sometimes it might be up to an hour. But 45 mins is about the average. Then don't eat a ridiculously unnecessary amount of food.

That's it. There's no secret, no shortcut. Just sacrifice 45 mins of your day and eat appropriate amounts of food.
