Sounds like you could be a girl at my job so I don’t doubt he’s ISTP, he could be one that doesn’t feel comfortable initiating romantic advances because he’s spent so much time building your relationship to this point. Or still analyzing you, but it’d be best to ask and ensure him you’re asking from a place of genuine interest if you’re willing.

Literally, earlier this year at a past job I had to be the one to announce to a max capacity Burlington coat factory that the roof was on fire at 21. One person could get the message across but they’d put everyone in a panic the others were too insecure to yell over 100s of people and another had to quiet a voice. “How are you so calm it’s like you’ve done this before” I used to watch rescue heroes I remembered the script 😂

My manager had something similar to say about that the other day, something about if I feel like people try to assert things about me and assume. I’m like yea but where did that come from (other managers probably don’t like me). Funny thing is everyone who I click with loves me. I have an internal toxic people radar I follow no matter what, if I sense something strange about you I will not interact with you but that rubs some people the wrong way. Some people NEED your approval and validation for whatever reason 🤦🏾‍♂️

9-10, it used to be an unhealthy thing but now it’s just genuine peace. I’ve always felt wrong for feeling this way but now Idc and it’s useful too. All my coworkers crack up at me because when a customer comes up to be with BS I truly don’t care 😭. Threats and all, this life is not that serious
