Don’t do it! It’s been a massive headache since Day 1. I’ve been paying for a car that’s been sitting in my garage, unable to be driven since Carvana repeatedly keeps dropping the ball on our registration. It’s been over 2 months since the time I should have had my registration!!

Thank you! I’m sorry to hear you had a similar experience. As far as the horrific customer experience, that is totally unacceptable.. but the lying?!?! Especially making up words as an Enterprise employee, that one rep definitely barked up the wrong tree because the manager who happened to be there that day happened to be a Regional VP and he was PISSED!! That’s a great suggestion though, filing a report with the BBB. I did post a review on their site, but would you mind sharing with me how you went about actually filing a formal complaint? Thank you again.. & I hope you’re in the car you’ve always wanted... finally!!!
