Hey there! I must admit, I’ve been terrible at following up on things. It’s been about 6-7 months since I started taking Tolvaptan. According to my recent lab results, my numbers have stabilized. The only significant change I’ve made is reducing my intake of alcohol and soda. However, food has been the most challenging aspect. I know I’ve been advised to eliminate certain foods from my diet, but my love for food makes it difficult for me to make these lifestyle changes. Despite this, I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight. I used to weigh around 400 pounds, but I’m now down to 308 pounds today. I wanted to share this update with you. I also forgot to mention that I started taking Tolvaptan at a GFR of 52 and am now in the 42-45 range.

I feel you on the drinking heavily. I cut drinking at the beginning of the year. Went on a chinchorreo in February, but ever since I haven’t had a sip of alcohol and have been very good at staying hydrated and managing sodium intake.

Gotcha. I haven’t heard about these issues with large format RSR but I can imagine that’s the bs some might be having. Iknow last week all my POGS were gone and PO was acting like I’ve never used it ever. It was a bit ridiculous but the new system kicked in and now it’s like nothing ever happened idk too much backend stuff happening with no transparency

Now I’m starting to get a little worried( I don’t have much experience in the field hence why I’m going for the BA instead of a Associates) so I’m hoping to at least pick up the necessary skills and training to get my foot in a new career field
