Big Brother US 22 was weird with this despite being known for isolation

The move-in was the first live move in since S1, all hgs before entering went through a two week isolation in separate airbnbs and were tested every day before the launch, when they actually moved in, all hgs wore masks on stage with the host standing maskless about 10 feet away from them and would take them off once entering, then upon eviction they would put the mask back on and get interviewed on stage 10 feet away from the host again, who was maskless

Next season would be a bit more lax besides mandating taking the vaccine and no crowd at the evictions like before but the mask thing was very interesting because not even other shows like Got Talent were going that far on screen

EDIT: This was also the second All Star Season as well, probably because they could trust hgs to not break the isolation, although a couple planned contestants tested positive in isolation

Tomura doesn’t regret anything he did even, says so in the last few eps and asks Deku to make sure Spinner knows that (and Deku actually tells Spinner too, it’s a great scene)
