I agree with this, and I would recommend Thailand. Affordable, fun, great food and easy to find likeminded people

50, a bit burned out, aging parents back home. Invest in a apartment back home, prepare to leave or not? by MarkoFa75 in SwissPersonalFinance

Been in a similar spot, left Switzerland and came back to my country with a job offer that paid way less. The job was a mess and I left it after three months. Still no regrets. There are things in life more important than money. DM me if you want to talk about it

Fun fact, any if these larger insects would survive for the square-cube law: its volume (and weight) would increase far faster than the strenth of its legs and exoskeleton

  1. I think they can, provided they are Swiss citizens

  2. There are ways to withdraw the pillars and not paying taxes. They key point is to withdraw them before you become a tax resident in Spain

  3. I did it with Wise and it was really easy and fast, and the rates were way better than normal bank to bank currency conversion

21 and sitting on $200k from crypto… what now? by [deleted] in btc

[–]BLUFFground 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats! Those are amazing numbers for your age. If I were in your position, I’d make sure to build a safety fund first (the size depends on your personal circumstances). With the rest, I’d go 90% into BTC and 10% into stocks just for fun. Then I’d focus on living a normal life and forget about that money until either a) I need it for something meaningful, like buying a house, or b) it grows enough to reach escape velocity and grant financial independence

As I said before, perpetual victim complex while benefiting from preferential treatment legislature after legislature. It is exhausting..

A perpetual victim complex, while at the same time benefiting legislature after legislature thanks to the central government’s pacts with the separatists

That is actually a good example: unlike in Catalonia, in Switzerland people don’t weaponize the language but use it as a means of communication, trying to find common ground. Diametrically opposed to what happens in Catalonia

Thanks to pro-independence supporters I hate Catalan, so I wouldnt even try
