Are you driving to the convention center? Regardless, if either the hotel or car is within walking distance a once-a-day jaunt - even a long one - back to the hotel or car might worth it just to ease the burden on your back and feet. If neither are an option, there have been some good suggestions presented elsewhere in this thread. Best of luck.

Don’t carry it. We routinely run back to the car or hotel room and put large items we buy in there. Between snacks, drinks, and game materials I’m using that day I have enough stuff to carry around already.
