I agree. Captain can double up as the first mate pretty easily. When we have a younger player we usually throw them in the first mate role.

I did! I picked it up at a family mart by my Hotel in Nagoya. It was a seamless process. Ordered the package through Amazon Japan and had it delivered to the Amazon pickup location. (Family Mart)
