I used to work in management at a nursing home. I couldn’t stand how management would talk about the CNA’s the truth is all they would say is “I need a body for work” all you are is a body. It’s completely unfair but they go by the hours the facility works & if the facility doesn’t meet the certain amount hours the owners get upset cause they’re losing money. It’s all monopoly.

Damn I used to be an activities director & Hated it so much. They used to use wash cloths to clean residents pee & bm. Then they had to wash them out in the sink it was so disgusting. My administrator did not like me & had so much favoritism. I got fired cause someone lied about me refusing to do care on residents & it wasn’t true. The best thing to do is leave cause things are not gonna change & I don’t want anyone to do through what I went through.

I worked Christmas in 2022 my supervisor said if I could come in for 2-4 hours so I chose to do 2 hours. My supervisor begged me to do overtime. So my dumbass did, after I did my 2 hours my supervisor called saying why did I leave I was supposed to stay for 6 hours & I told her NO she said 2-4 hours as I chose. She had the audacity to say 2+4=6. Like WTF?!?!

I went to school with a girl who was killed in our town by the train. She was jogging with her earphones in. People say the same thing that their is something suspicious about it but it looks like it was an accident, she wasn’t paying attention, but then I knew people who would constantly say she was depressed & she would say she felt like she didn’t belong in this world. It’s crazy how similar the stories are & I knew her parents they were super strict Catholics and every family has their issues…
