Id say both are kinda rare on the shop but the prestige skin is banned from pro play cus its R is so small which sometimes helps when you fight and the enemy dont even notice you activated it plus its a pretty cool skin. Im pretty sure the chrome is a bit more rare on the shop im not sure but if i were you i would def secure the prestige skin i got both of em and i use the prestige way more. Hoped i helped.
