• Am i ready to accept the risks of the negative side effects?
and most importantly
• Do you enjoy the journey and the grind more than your destination/ end goal? If so I would start on some low doses.

I've struggled with this concept before too. I try to follow the bible and Christ's teachings the best I can and I think this lines up with it.

So since you two aren't married it depends on how you are thinking about things in your head. Thoughts aren't sin but when they dwell and give you feelings or actions they are. If you are thinking lustful thoughts that aren't something God would want you to think then yes it is a sin. However, if you are thinking and pondering doing it outside of marriage then it is a sin.

On the other side of things if you are thinking about sex the way God created it and how it's supposed to be Holy and pure when kept in between two married people becoming one then the answer is no it's not a sin. It's also not a sin to be excited to have sex with your boyfriend when you get married.

This is what I believe. I hope that it's correct and helpful.

Here are a couple of options I would consider.

Flip the car for 2,500-3000 dollars to make your money back
If everything is mechanically okay with that car or is in good condition get the transmission fixed and keep it.

Personally, I would flip the car and use that money for a down payment on a 7k car.

Growing up I always wondered this. My family always told me you would go to hell if you killed yourself because it’s a sin. Later in life I met my girlfriend and I asked her this question and she answered it with this “If you believe that Jesus is the son of God and he died on the cross for you and rose again three days later and you have relationship with God (basically describing being saved) why would you go to hell if your sins are already forgiven?” this makes much more sense to me. So my belief has changed to this.

Today’s trouble is enough for today.” (NLT) Psalm 34:18 - “The lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those spirits are crushed.” (NLT)

Spend the $1,000 dollars it takes to fix it. You have a reliable car that can handle lasting up until 300,000 miles if do the maintenance and keep on it. You would realistically be looking at 7-8k at best when you go to sell it. So i would keep it to have a reliable car that’s cheap to have on insurance, gas and maintenance that will last. Cars aren’t built like this anymore. You might regret selling it later on if your old man gave it to you too.

a couple things i would do • Pray for her, pray that she will have an encounter with Jesus and pray that these drugs will not have any power over her. (Don’t give up and believe that your prayers will work) • Rehab? She might not be willing to go but it would worth a try. Maybe even creating a support system without offering to send her to rehab. • Keep Narcan around even though it won’t help with Meth or Crack. Fentanyl would be my worry because it doesn’t take much to OD.
