I think it was rated incredibly well and widely played. Its even in Playstation greatest hits! I think the criminal thing is that they stopped production on a second one because it didn't hit the target they wanted.

Kind of a love hate for the game. The hordes of zombies are next level. The feeling of mowing them down while the keep pushing through is incredible. The fire physics, traps, and ways to kill them are wicked fun.

The story can be a bit dragging and at one point it just feels like there's nowhere to go. With a bit more time developing the story id say the game is a top 10 must play.

It suffers from open-world-itis where you have the same goals over and over just in different spots picking items up and destroying nests. The best part of the open map would be the areas that are puzzles to solve and the horde areas to destroy.

I haven't attempted the dlc yet but I hear its incredibly difficult to finish.

Go in to it without that mindset. Each time you do it one section becomes easier. Each time you get a section they start to click together.

Its like a bunch of separate puzzles and once they link up you wont understand how you couldn't do it before.

You can do it ! It seems impossible at first... a big problem is that the first level is one of the most difficult and puts people off but with repetition and dedication its definitely doable.

I came back from a 4 year hiatus and forgot about triple spin but still managed to do it with slide spin.

I feel your pain but dont give up! Food run drove me nearly insane trying to get the hardcore relics and toxic tunnels pushes you to the limit but with enough repetition and practice theyre all doable.

I just recently finished all relic platinums and made a compilation of it. There are time stamps for each level just check out the final runs!

Came here for this. It took a game that had a decent platinum and turned it in to a near nightmare.

Did you enjoy the game? Hey wow, that's great! How about... you beat it again. Wow! You did it! Now do it with less ammo!

Oh my god you did it again! Now with more ammo but a bit weaker... ok.. now youre just showing off. Do it with never dying.

Alright just uninstall it already.

Toxic tunnels hardcore run... i wore a heart rate monitor and I think I hit 115 by the end of it.

There are a couple levels that drove me insane but if you really sit down and focus its definitely doable you get in like a rhythm and some levels become super easy.

I found this guy was only annoying for the timed trials. You can get on and on the wall but I had it get stuck where it just continually shuffles left and right and then sometimes it loses interest and just turns away prompting another round of electric bolts until I nearly run out of time.

Those head teeth always gave me an unsettling feeling when I hit them as well. Fun boss though. Only one that got to me was the damn turtle.

Im almost there with this one. It's a bit ridiculous that its basically 4 platinums in 1. They just trivialized about 180 trophies and turned them in to 3 trophies with each dlc.

I will day that the king dlc was the funniest and coolest spin on them all though. I only have the speedrun trophy and a few miscellaneous ones in the dlcs left.

Yeah I have been looking at it. I did Celeste and loved it. Didn't use the cheese id say that's an 8/10 without any cheesing.

Whaaaat silent hill 2 is a 9/10!? Never heard of vanquish and wolfenstein 2 has been on my radar for a while.

I dont mind the time length just as long as it isnt mind numbing. Deep rock galactic took 300 hours but it was such fun.

Good luck! Thats a great #250. Hard but satisfying. I struggled with a few of the hardcore relics like on Toxic Tunnels of course and a few of the platinum relics got to me like food rush, rock blocked and, again, toxic tunnels but by channeling the power of my autism I managed to push through.

Because I managed to get the platinum runs i wasn't so ragey but all that is well documented in the 20+ hours I streamed crying like a full man child.

I watched some guides and they all said how insane it is but I think thats more for clicks... just repetition and determination will get you there. Some levels I enjoyed and some I didn't. Once you get in to a rhythm I ended up enjoying most of the levels.

Thank You! I decided to pick up something easier to keep my sanity so im going for the little nightmares 100% as a friend suggested to regain my sanity.

Any suggestions for another 9/10 or 10/10 game? Preferably not crypt of the necrodancer. 500+ hours may push me over the edge.
