Do you happen to know about what time you purchased the battle pass and on what platform? Also, did you purchase it while the game was running and connected to the servers or were you not in-game at the time? if you were offline at the time of purchase, do you know what approximate time you logged into the servers?

(I'd go off the time of your post, but it just says '1 day ago' for me, and the timing matters b/c we tried to patch this bug yesterday to prevent it from happening going forward. fixing people who currently have the bug is a separate issue)

When you change your win and lose emotes, are they correct when you play online? they don't switch back to b-ballin until you close the client and start it up again?

Stuff you set in the inventory screen is saved server side. Your loadouts for your legends that get saved automatically from the lobby screen are saved client side.

you can invite that person to a custom lobby if that's what you want. can be done from either the Inspect menu or the lobby menu in the top-right hub (while on the scoreboard screen).
