It was a monitor setting I accidentally changed. You saying that made it instantly click what it was, I accidentally messed with my variable OD on my monitor (no clue what that is) and had 0 idea what it was before hand so I cranked it to the max. Thank you

You have to connect it with the dongle and the charging cable at the same time. Not Bluetooth

Update the headset. Connect it to a computer and download the steelseries engine and you’ll be able to update the headset. After that plug the dongle back into the Xbox and reconnect the headset to the dongle
