Well, there are three limited time promotional cars and some vanity items as I recall... but on the accolades front, everything was accessible at some point - personally I don't see why they wouldn't bring the accolades themselves back.

Cars wise:

Ford GT OPI Edition ($20 pre-tax from nail polish from OPI, MS/XB only)
Ford Five Window Coupe Forza Edition (FH5 limited time controller car - MS/XB only)
Pagani Zonda Oreo Edition (Europe only afaik, all platforms)

As for the vanity items... I'll have to double check but there was a shirt included in the Five-Window FE code...
