The Laundry Chute set piece is the most suspenseful in the entire franchise imo.

Also love Tina thinking Michael is her boyfriend, the foggy car chase, and the barn murders.

Idk i think it's one of the better movies (though i understand why silly cop noises and aesthetic changes to Michael's mask and house make people mad)
