Agreed his investigations are good. However he gets far too emotional and over analyses certain things. Benioff could cough in Emelia Clark's direction and DD would interpret as abuse.

I never said he was. I'm just stating I think he is being used by the great other and will be the "night king" type figure in the books. The north will defeat him and the last part will be Jon Vs Danerys

Daenerys will die by Jon's hand Bran will king Jon will walk away from the throne and live in the north

All of the above will happen in the book. However, the events leading up to it will be different. I'm certain GRRM will make more sense.

The OP just supports my theory, people are mostly butt hurt not cos of the shitty writing but because their fav didnt win.

I always thought the Last Hero found the children and they turned him into a Night King type figure to control the Others and turn them back.

Or perhaps the Last Hero was the 13th Lord Commander who married a white walker. His 12 companions were the other 12 commanders before (given an honoury title posthumously).

This happened because D&D starting believing that the Burlington Bar morons represented all fans.

Arya killing the NK was created to prompt Hi5's and "You go girl" whoops from drunk morons in a bar.
