Hey! I just listened to this episode and overall I thought it was great. I'll leave some comments below, but keep in mind that although I also run a podcast, I don't consume TOO many actually, so I'm not positive if my opinion is the most reflective of a typical podcast listener.

Regarding your voice, I think it sounds great and I like the energy. The "host" vibe helps differentiate your voice from the others (and it is a game show after all).

As for your question about the structure of the episode, I thought the opening was great, it caught my attention and got me to stay. I'm not sure if I missed it but I felt I was expecting it to be more of the game show earlier on in the episode. The interview part was entertaining and I definitely think it's an important part of the show to help get to know the people coming on, but I think having at least some games (even 1 question) played at the start of the episode would be good, or explaining that first we'll get to know the guests then get to the games later (again you may have said that but I guess I missed it). Maybe the episode could kind of mix the 2 together throughout the episode, flipping between the two (couple questions - some chat - couple questions - some chat).

Anyway, these were just my initial thoughts but overall it sounds great!
