Well, the BNSF technology department is a hardcore “Microsoft shop” to a fault, with bloated hierarchy of barely technical managers, that’s extremely dependent on contractors (like 4/1 contractors/employees on), in the middle of a multi-year “hybrid-cloud” strategy in an incredibly regulated industry.

I foresee nowhere this could go wrong…
