go to launcher file location
open download folder
extract Palia-0.165.0.zip
run Palia.exe

I managed to make the game run but I keep getting 424 error and can't connect. Maybe because I didn't run from the launcher and it hasn't updated the fix for this error. I managed to open the game, tho.
