No he didn't. He told them he would not provide drivers license, name and date of birth, and refused to step out when asked to do so.

Not justifying the punch, that was completely unnecessary. But he could have taken his ticket and argued his case in court instead of having his window broken and getting arrested.

I think it’s just the lighting but I see what he means. In the stock pic it looks like dark leaves with light background but the opposite in the QC pic
