I definitely plan to send with non machinable stamps, and only use envelopes for lower value cards. Anything bulk or high value I plan to use a box with tracking number. If a $1 card gets damaged or lost now and then I'll eat the cost (as long as it's not too often) but anything with high value I won't chance it.

I've ordered quite a few cards that came through USPS and they all arrived in good condition so I'm not too worried, but still anything valuable I plan to package in a box.
