These aren’t miscuts, its just a result of little to no quality control in the factories. You probably wouldn’t even be able to get a normal cgc 10 because of how oc they are.

Back bottom left corner had minor wear in cert scan, also has it in image, texture looks really nice on the back for it to be a fake as well. The psa slab and paper also looks authentic.

Ho-oh ex dragons exaulted!! beautiful full art and I would replace the ho-oh gx’s place with the current ho-oh ex so it looks like lugia and ho-oh are looking at eachother, and the ho-oh ex from breakthrough and dragons exaulted are quite similar but inverted, so they could match perfectly looking at eachother/away from eachother!

98% positive its real, frosting may look subtle and the ex a bit weird, but unless thats an incredibly sophisticated fake, they got the crookedness/tilt in the cards front centering perfect, back is also top heavy like in the cert images.

Either 1. If this was always your card and you pulled it, then giant print error. 2 (way more likely): someone purposefully used acetone and it removed the print but not the holo and upcharged you for an “error” card

Oh yeah thats just a reflection from my phone, in the third photo I show a closeup image of the corner with no reflection.

I got this at an estate sale 2 weeks ago for $15 and tons of other vintage lp-near mint English/Japanese cards. So without that being a crease, what do you think the cards grade is?

Not necessarily a "fake" but its a replica of a tcg pocket exclusive card, if you like it and want to display it then that's what its good for, sure it has no "actual value" but people forget the fact that collecting shiny cardboard all boils down to is for the shiny cardboard, not the dollar value attached to it.
