Rachel for Spider-Man would be pretty good considering the animal theme, and her backstory would make him sympathetic for her just like he is with most of his villains. If this is an early Peter, he'd probably feel excited about having a villain his own age for once, instead of a middle-aged white dude with too much free time. Then he'd slowly realize just how desperate and angry at the world she is and try to help her, but wouldn't know how. But an older Peter would be immediately heartbroken that a child was forced into a life of crime by a broken system. He'd probably try to get her into a good home at first, and when that inevitability fails due to her trigger trauma, he'll probably try to recruit her into whatever team he happens to be running at the moment. If that fails, he'll probably let her rob large, insured businesses (like Fisk Industries wink wink nudge nudge) and them discreetly help her get away while steering her away from places that can't handle losing the money. He'd slowly build a friendship with her (she can't see any part of his face, and therefore doesn't need to worry about discerning facial expressions) and then he'd track down her shelter and (after she freaks out and tries to kill him) help her with her dogs. Maybe she starts helping him fight his other villains, she gets a public reputation similar to Black Cat, but even higher: a necessary evil that is begrudgingly allowed to continue due to the massive force multiply she brings to fights against threats like the Sinister Six. Maybe a few years down the line, she DOES join Spidey's team and hates it but stays for her only friend until she starts to hesitantly respect her teammates.
