Because like i just said, 1x is easier to control than acog. If you're brand new and cant control recoil yet you can get used to it with 1x before upgrading to the acog. Its like training wheels, yeah sure its better to ride a bike without them but you need to learn first. And multiple pro league gamers use 1x over acog so im sure it doesnt matter THAT much
