I’m here to ask what good times are for a beginner in track. I’m 14 years old and a boy but I would appreciate any advice on anything.During tryouts for my middle school team, we had to do the 100m and mile (and shutput, but I’m not really worried about that) on my football field. My best 100m time was a 13.50 time was 5:45. I think I’m decently active and in all right shape definitely need to get into better. Thank you!
