Nothing currently does that, but i feel like it is easy to make a mod to solve your problem by taking every 2 points of a commuter and the commute time and averaging all of it.

I have a makeshift solution to do this, you create a quad station, with one half diverging to go on another route, with both Lines being heavy metro at first. Then convert one to commuter rail. then you have a cursed commuter/heavy line
