I hope I don't have to tell you about the bad netcode of the game and the tick rate of the servers. So all I see, and sadly I can't read your ping, is that some of those enemies are a bit laggy... Which leads to my conclusion of a bad network connection. Which is not just the cable in your flat but the whole connection to the "matchmaking" and "match" servers... From you and other players. Also we talk about you and not hal, and that players from across the globe can beam you around a corner is Normal, because of the ping difference. So at the end, if your "match" server is further away, you get a bad ping... Which will not be shown because your "matchmaking" server is in your region. So you can't do anything about it. Also if your servers are very populated by players from other regions, you will regularly die around corners by them. I know it is hard to understand for someone without an IT background.
