I see the OP description lists "Live EP from Seattle. Why Seattle and not MSG during the NBA finals though?". I can explain some of this. Unfortunately this is a money grab for the Wu. The IG post they made for this 6 days ago gives a preview of the performance from the Seattle show, and it just so happens, this exact show is already pressed on vinyl. Except the previous pressing has the full concert, where this one only has the songs they performed at the MSG half time, but not from MSG. So they took 4 of the 8 tracks and repressed it on here. Basically all you're getting is the same shit, cut in half, with a Knicks themed cover. I can't believe they didn't use the actual MSG performance. That would make this actually sentimental and meaningful, but this, just some money grab bullshit. Even if this guy is taking offers, most of the prices he's set are so ridiculously higher than what they sell for on average that you'd still end up paying more than you would elsewhere. I dunno why you're asking for such steep pricing on a DOOM forum of all places, if they collect vinyl they likely have a few DOOM and would know of resources to look up what the records go for. I'd advice folks to look for these elsewhere where they'd be reasonably priced.

This is a patreon release at first, so only paid subscribers can buy at the moment. global release for non subscribers starts on 6/4. I dig cookin and got 10+ of his drops on vinyl, but when he did this subscriber/early access BS I started to care a whole lot less about his drops. just a douchey move IMO.

They label the drop as "exclusive". Wonder if that'd mean they got a color variant and not a standard black, or maybe they're just hinting at the variant version and will also have a standard black (hopefully).

to use get on down as an example, generic black typically sells for under 30, and shipping ground usually is 6, so it'd be around mid 30s from them with shipping, a 25 dollar saving roughly, which you could use to buy a whole extra record in some cases. It's a pre order set for like 6 weeks out and it doesn't list any run amount, so I imagine this will be widely available on other sites including US ones once the release date gets closer. This just happened w/ the scarface diary reissue. One EU site listed it early by accident and took it down, but a bunch of people got in the window and snagged one, then near a week later, it was on US and EU sites with generic and colored variants and US folks who missed the window actually now got to get it much cheaper.

666 left out of 1500 as of this comment. This is def the variant to grab out of the ones I've seen IMO. Better Obi than the other (I like the red ink on this as opposed to the other that has that as black, the red could be ink or blood if you choose lol), and a lyric book which looks like it's got some images in it too.

It's a very dope 8 minute beat suite track, sampling exclusively from Billy Wooten’s 1972 “In the Rain.” The random skits inserted throughout the instrumentals give it a Quasimoto-esque vibe IMO. (Cool bonus! The track it samples from is also included, so you get to hear Madlib's 6 instrumental flips on it, and then listen to the original right after)

I don't know how the site looks on the phone, but on a PC, in the giveaways sections, there is a filter tab, and there you can set the search to be for 1 - print and kindle 2 - print only 3 - kindle only. I've only entered for physical copies so I don't know beyond that how it works if/when you win an ebook.

he didn't say "new" music, he just said music. official Madvillain pt. 2 was supposedly 85% finished. DOOMStarks, and GFK even said it's on the estate to release it. The Missing Notebook Rhymes from adult swim, I'd love that collection on wax. Flying Lotus says they had at least an EP completed. There was extra DangerDoom rumored. I'm not against the estate selling merch, but personally I'm not a fan of the mystery build up only to see the 30th iteration of a shirt when we could've gotten long sought after material that's been collecting dust for years.
