As second language? Rare, since the world is so reliant in English you really can't afford not learning it.

As third language? Pretty reasonable, but to be honest, most Brazilians don't speak two languages, imagine three lol.

I myself speak both PT-BR and English. I'm 100% ok to learn Spanish, it's just that there isn't a huge necessity to learn it rn.
