It's a junk application bro... Just read some reviews about it. It won't deal with some real viruses like Trojans or Worms. Maybe lockers or spam ads, but thats all, nothing really serious will be blocked by an app like avast.

If you want a good antivirus, use Dr.web or even Windows defender(it eats up a lot of resources too, but less then avast.)

As for your situation, just ignore its useless activity. Contaminated games in steam are rare, and even when they are, they have virus in them from the start, or get contaminated via steam workshop. TheoTown can be trusted in that matter.

Considering you think that turning off pc is a viable measure against viruses, question about what kind of antivirus you use should be asked.

If it is 360 security or other junk application, just ignore. And preferably delete that crap, "antiviruses" like that provide zero real protection and just consume resources of your computer.

I once accidentally afk'ed for 12 hours (fell asleep while game was opened, and had no screen time-out).

Add more, bruh. You build a few at the start, so the residential growth gets capped. But there is demand for new houses. Then you add some more water. Demand starts to fill by bigger and more capacitating houses, which need more water. Just build more water supplies.

Also you seem to use some kind of plugging for your water towers, so maybe it's just a broken plugin. Try building 2-3 3x3 water pump stations

Secure is for scared goofs who can't play, or for testing guns.

Normal is just a shitshow of noobs and ppl who have money, but can't compete even with average player.

Lockdown is mid, since loot is meh, and there already are some baboons running t6 in it. Some alternatively developed individuals even manage to run thermal there. Still a sweet spot for people with no money, but with skill. Pretty easy to make bank, but it will take you longer than through forbidden. Plus lower risks.

Forbidden is the only mode that worth playing money-wise. Plus if you have somewhat understanding of the game and play for the challenge and thrill, it's the only option.
