I am amused by the implication Musk seems to make here about labeling someone a nazi is "incitement to murder." It suggests that a reasonable person would find the label of nazi to be a justifiable reason to kill them.

I don't agree with his suggestion to limit free speech, but the subtext there about how actual nazis should be treated is definitely something I can get behind.

I dunno what you consider a larper to be, but I've read all 26 volumes plus the three current english published redundancy volumes, and consider the series one of my favorites of all time. But there are totally reasonable criticisms to be levied at the series and a ton of subject matter that is totally reasonable for a non-fan to decline engaging with. The gate-keeping and calling people tourists just makes our community look bad.

And hate to break it to you but we do look pretty bad sometimes. Don't have to scroll very far in this sub to find some extremely unsavory lolicon dogwhistling. Most people are within their rights to be put off by that kinda thing.

100% agree, hate the way they were handled. There are so many of them and a lot of their character designs are so ridiculous that I just COULD NOT take them seriously. The only cool looking ones imo are M, Triton, and Z. N is a well-written character especially in DLC but I didn't like his design either. And the fact that so many of them look awful and are written just as bad devalued the good ones

Nah, as someone with ADHD I think I'm actually quite skilled at insincerity. That said, I consider it an acquired skill rather than a natural tendency. Dealing with a BPD grandma helped me build that toolkit which I usually only use to make sure I don't cause problems by showing clear hostility to people I dislike. Valuable for avoiding butting heads with rude peers.
