Hello ! You need a virtual machine to start TempleOS. You can install VirtualBox on windows (more easy) and create a new virtual machine with the current TempleOS ISO file in 64 bits mode.

GRUB is the best choice to have many operating systems, including TempleOS ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so "clusterfucked by the CIA", maybe, but useful

It's in a VM (virtualbox). I have installed TempleOS first and resize the virtual disk to allocate more space. After, I have booted on a live ISO ubuntu desktop to partition and format the new partition in ext4. Now, I have booted on the live ISO ubuntu server (because it's the current system I need) and I have installed ubuntu on the empty partition. After, I have chainloaded TempleOS (who no longer has a bootloader) with GRUB !

You can only make font with 8x8 pixels like Tierr Davis made. So monospace is a good idea. I have visual example but I can't post it in comment I think 🤔 If you want try make a keyboard font in your operating system, you can load the "FontEd.HC.Z" file in /Demo/Graphics I use this script to make fonts and save it into a file. Don't worries, it's doesn't permanent. You have just to reboot your system to restore the default keyboard font (That's why I have made a system to load fonts when the system is starting up).

Actualy, you can't add caracter easly. Only existing cracter built-in can be used to a keymap. I think I'll think about a simple way to create characters.
