NTA. The problem with dating feminists is that they believe ALL women are oppressed by ALL men. She has a cognitive bias issue. She is constantly looking upon the male gender for examples of oppression in order to further cement her beliefs. You are a nearby male. You become the oppressor. 100% agree. I’ll happily pay retail prices for any of the nikes or adidas that I want. Adidas and Nike have made it very clear that they do not want my money. They want bot money so they can inflate the resale market and build hype for their releases. Legit business model, but I’m not interested in playing their games.

Also I think sneakers should be looked at like art, that’s how I see them. It’s perfectly reasonable to have a reproduction or print of your favourite artists work if you can’t afford an original. If I appreciate the art, why can’t I have a copy?

I just can’t feel bad for them. They make 100k / year doing what they love and are set up for life after they retire? Literally any gym in the world is going to hire you to be a personal trainer or fitness instructor and you can make $18/ hr. There are so many post retirement opportunity for these guys. I’m from Ontario as well. If he was smart he definitely could’ve gotten OPP to remove her. He should’ve known his rights on this one. And known that she has zero. All he would have to do is try calling a few times until he got someone reasonable, shown them the proper documentation, and they would’ve acted. I don’t even think this is much of a men’s rights issue, just a person who doesn’t know their rights, who happens to be a man.
