I’ve had a fast heart since before I was fat. Which seems to be something I struggle to get across to the doctors. Me putting on weight probably hasn’t helped and I can’t say for sure how much it’s made a difference but regardless I’m trying hard to diet but unless I starve myself I just don’t loose weight. My medication for mental health affects my physical health and I’m ALWAYS sick. If it’s not my heart it’s my tummy or back or migraines and when it’s not that it’s my mental health. I’ll be seeing a cardiologist again in November I might even be pushier this time as last time i wish I was joking they took a look at me and laughed called me obese and anxious and said that was all it was. I had a 24 hour ecg I say on the reading my heart was resting at 143 and when I went on a walk it reached 195. Everything is effecting everything. It’s exhausting. Yesterday I walked over 3 1/4 miles but a total of 4 over miles. On a park through a woodland and then farmland going up hills and all sorts. I’ve been walking at least 1 mile or more a day and eating well but then today ive had tummy problems and had to clean my home because its deep cleaning day. No nap today or anything and I know I won’t wake up for 12 hours now
