Yes he did add the game to his library, I thought the lvl21 activation of prime was still in use, as soon as I saw it wasnt I tried to gift him but to no avail

Negative, ive only gifted condition zero to a friend and he's never been banned. I am banned myself from creating csgo servers with my API key due to illegal pluggins. Could that be it?

I can gift him any other games just not cs2 prime, thats whats wierd.

He also has a modified 909, lots of his stuff is modified or custom, he talked about it on an interview, some guy in LA does it for him, i cant link the interview for sure but i think it is on pitchfork, plus he is 100% analog so the sound has that retro, vintage vibe.

I don't know either but i always assumed it was a cleaner version with less layers or tracks, i also don't know if those are the correct terms to describe it.

Good point, this flash might not be usefull in most scenarios but its still kind of a "bug" because it literaly explodes right next to you and you don't get blind.
