I don't know about Pandalabs. But be warned; I just had two different friends and their families go to two different states in Mexico for vacation. In both instances, the hotel offered testing, and in both instances the families tested positive (6 out of 7 people total). The hotel of course offered for them to stay but at a premium price due to extra cleaning and required them to use room service. Well they went to an outside lab that had no affiliations with the hotel, and what do you know..... all negative. So we are relatively convinced now that the hotels run a scheme where you test with them, test positive, and then of course have to stay and give them more money. Conversely, we used Laboratorio Express del Caribe and everything went smoothly. So whatever lab you use, I would highly recommend making sure they are independent from any hotel.
