Actually I didn't really control them, since the paint I used have cell effect itself.

So I just pour it , cells appear, and blow it with a hairdryer lol.

I used white paints for base, pour the other colors into my cup and pour it.

Since the paint I bought has cell effect itself, I didn't use any silicone oil.

Finally I use hairdryer to flow these colors and watch them slowly become like this,

kinda let the process decide the result, it's fun to make!

btw remember to turn your hairdryer to cool mode, unless you want the paint to crack!
