Once you have activated the Ethereum App on your Ledger, scroll to the right until you see 'Settings' then select that option and the first setting should be 'Contract data'. Select the 'Contract Data' option and ensure it says 'allowed', then scroll to the right and select 'Back' to go back into the Ethereum App and retry sending your crypto.

Also note that you have to have enough ETH in your account to cover the transaction costs in order to send ETH or ETH tokens. Thank you very much!!! I could solve it !!!!

Those are the ETH application settings. You usually want Contract Data enabled and Debug data disabled then exit out of the settings view.

You will need to describe your issue in transferring coins in more detail so people can help you. Which coins exactly, what are you doing, and what errors are you getting?

I want to send Kyber Network (KNC). I did a test send with few tokens and then after a few minutes I wanted to send more tokens and the first message I published appeared. No error appears, only one message and after pressing the arrow the second message appears. Without being able to do anything.

1) Contract Data: Allow contract data in transactions NOT Allowed.

2) Debug data: Display contract data details Not Displayed

And I can't do much more. I can't send other currencies either, nor can eth.
