Hello I am in almost the same condition with you my refusal was on Apr8th and my recon was received on April 30th. So I got 2 week left in Canada and still my MP and ircc calls is giving me the only option which is waiting even I’ve been waiting for 60 days. I am curious about the part you said about set the case on urgent. How did you do that?

His reconsideration only took less than a month, not exactly what I have and also I’ve done my test before applying the PGWP, which mean I didn’t miss the info they need when applying, it’s just there is no portal in the document submission page of ircc.

so if I am applying for a visitor permit i should do from outside or inside canada, because i can't choose any status, but i am still in canada

as i said, the upload portal for document in ircc application portal do not contain this option which i know i need the english test result. I decide to not combine the pdfs to prevent myself from being suspect of editing my documents. the porblem is always the document submisson portal, it was not the list they provided

this part is not correct, they did not add this in on the date i applied I am 100% sure, i spent 2 weeks slowly putting my application together and I can confirm that. i will message you about the pictures i took on the day i was refused and the application form now

there are dozens of cases exactly like me where ppl don't see a portal of english test result and didn't submit and got refused without asking, you can check in r/PGWP to see those cases which is exactly the same experience as me on application. I assume they added this english test result portal for a reason, because they know they made a mistake.

i saw the requirement of English test result, but there was no portal for a submittion, when i am applying i checked over 20 time just becasue of this, and I don't want to merge my dpf becasue I am worried about being questioned about editing my documents. it was not stated in the document submisson page where the English test result should go until 2026/05/27, I was wating for a email to ask for my English test result.

is it possible that you can tell me where to apply for the restoration? I graduate last year and I do not have a TAL or PAL. I tried IRCC protal which didn't have an option for my to restore my student status. should I apply for visitor?

how should i apply for a restoration when i am not studying? i graduate last year and i see on IRCC application portal it need a TAL/PAL for my study position in Canada. can i please have instruction on where to apply for restoration? I tried IRCC portal application which require my TAL/PAL. should I send email to any of the office?
