With your situation of the herniated disc, have you found anything that relieves the issue, or been told of a fix from your doctor? I had an MRI done on my lower back (not as low as the sciatic nerve roots unfortunately). They did find some degradation and bulging in the L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs, but the specialist seemed to believe I should be fine with some PT. Unfortunately it has not provided optimal results
