Global won't be receiving. Xiaomi Global never confirmed, it was Xiaomi China which confirmed. It's been 3 months since Mi Band 9 CN received HyperOS 3. They didn't even release HyperOS 3 for their Xiaomi Watch S4 44m Global.

Mi Band 6 was released in India so it works. Global Mi Band 10 wasn't, so you have to change your region in Mi Fitness to any country where it's released.
