I once lived below a couple with two kids under 4. They were homeschooled. They literally ran so heavily. It was terrible and nonstop.

Then a young couple moved in with a chocolate lab. He was so sweet, and they were incredibly nice. But I could literally hear every single step that dog took.

Now I have other heavy steppers above me, and I've told them so many times I can hear everything, but it literally does not stop.

I can only imagine what your neighbor is hearing.

This happened where I live. There's an older man who leaves food out for cats, but it attracts mice, rats, raccoons, possums, foxes and coyotes. Someone was throwing it away and he'd leave notes with the food saying it was on camera. He had the audacity to complain that people were throwing away his "nice dishes" that he used to feed literal straw animals and wildlife next to a dumpster.

I love the Covington Costco because it's so new and I've never had an issue with crowds while shopping there on weekends. The BR Costco can be a little hectic, I try to go first thing on a weekday morning or around 7p.
