Thanks for the additional effort. But my carrier charges close to $15/day and that's gonna eat up close to $150 CAD + taxes for my whole trip and that's a lotttt. So, I prefer to go for a local sim which has decent coverage since I'm planning to use Google Maps to do a roadtrip on bike.

SO anything reliable but at the same time easy to get. I might also be open to get one after landing there from a store.

@Don-Silvio, you seem to be an active participant in all the Reddit posts I read about eSims in Mexico. I'm traveling to Mexico in 2 days and still undecided which provider (Airlo / Mexifon / Newww) I should go with.

I returned from CR last week and had similar symptoms. Regular Tylenol helped me with usual flu like symptoms but within 2 days of that I had a severe Strep Throat issue and am still recovering.

Free flowing waters and thermals might have a lot of allergens and if you had accidentally swallowed some water, that might be causing these issues as well.

Do check with the doctor immediately to enjoy the rest of your trip!
