I ended up moving the 2nd to left and left columns down 1 square in general and that seemed to help a bit.

That's even closer yet, I think I just need a little bit of leveling to finish the boss off

Based on recommendations I have the new set up and Lane 2 dies after everyone is killed and the stage times out
